Connecting your Heart and your mind

To be connected cosmically is a journey that is mystical and rewarding. To feel spirit/energy is to be connected to source, God, Buddha, Jesus, your Angels or whatever God means to you. That connection comes from the heart for that is where our spark of divinity resides. When we activate this connection it is a journey that requires us to go within and fine tune our own energy. It is a process of self discovery. We start understanding the differences between our higher self and our shadow self. Our higher self is in play when we feel peaceful and happy even though things in our life might not be going smoothly. When we feel angry, frustrated or have a hopeless feeling is when our shadow self is in play. The more we override the negative feelings the less power the shadow self has and the feeling of peace is there because we have faith that things will work out.
Metaphysics is the study of the wisdom of the ages. Lately, however, I have found it interesting observing the energetic changes on our Earth. So what is 2012? It is the end of an age. Scientifically, it is the end of a 26,000 year cycle called the procession of the equinoxes. We are now at the end of that age. Earth Mother is about to birth into a higher dimension. How smoothly that transition happens depends on the shift of global consciousness. People are starting to think differently. Racism, greed, and tyranny are no longer acceptable paradigms.
The paradigms of global consciousness are the conditioning over thousands of years of how to live, believe and do. People are learning better ways to be free of disease. There is a growing interest in renewable energy sources like solar and wind. People are not exposing themselves to the fear mongering through the media and are seeking out sources of positive media.
The minds of people are changing. This is an exciting time on our planet. We are seeing an unprecedented awareness in our young people. Also their intuitive and energetic powers are becoming more and more common. It is a time to learn to stay in a positive frame of mind and override the negative conditioning of the past.
